The Twitter circle is important to choose when you realize you want to share a piece of information with some set of people.
Here the only selected people in the circle will only have access to the information you shared.

Who are those eligible to be in a Twitter Circle?
Everyone on Twitter is eligible to be added to a Twitter circle. As you are allowed to just Tweet to some people not more than 150 in number. In fact, you can add anyone to your Twitter circle, even if they don’t follow you. But once they are in the circle, they will have the privilege to see your Tweets, reactions, and reply to them, all within the circle.

Can anyone see the people in my Twitter Circle?
You alone can see the list/number of people in your Twitter Circle. Members in the circle cannot see the list of people in the circle, even when members reply to your Tweets in the Twitter Circle.
But if one of the members in your Twitter Circle have a protected account, the only thing is that it is only their followers that are in your Twitter Circle that will be able to see their response and interaction.
Can anyone see my Twitter Circle Tweet?
Definitely yes, people in your circle can see your Tweets and can also see some unprotected responses. But people outside the circle cannot see your Tweet, no matter how. Another friend of your Twitter Circle will not be able to view any part of your interaction, not until your circles have members in common.
Is Twitter Circle and Twitter Communities the same?
No, they are not the same, they are totally two different things.
Twitter Circle involves sharing Tweets with only some selected set of people you choose to have in your Circle.
While Twitter Communities are the sharing of Tweets and also aim at a specified place to share, connect, and be very close to discussions with the general users of Twitter.
Is it possible for a circle member to share Twitter circle Tweets?
Members of your Twitter Circle cannot use the retweet option. Either to share Twitter Circle Tweet on Twitter or within their Twitter Circle.
But it is important to note that members of your Twitter Circle can still capture, download, and re-share images, or even screenshots of your Twitter Circle Tweets.
How Twitter Circle is different from a protected account?
As the name means “protected”. Whenever Twitter users set their account as protected, this means that not every user can see their Tweets but their followers alone can see their Tweets shared. Once the setting is on, it remains the same till you turn it off.
Since you are able to select your members that will see your Tweets in the Twitter Circle. Users also have the chance to drop a Tweet to your circle and then to all your followers.
What will a user do if he doesn’t want to use the Twitter Circle?
If a Twitter user wants to Tweet, he can easily choose the audience he/she wants to Tweet to. In the case of a regular Tweet, he/she can choose the Everyone option in the composer.
Can a member leave a Twitter Circle?
Three (3) method has been laid down for users who don’t wish to view or see another person’s Twitter Circle Tweet. These are:
- Block
When you block a user, you will be automatically removed from their Twitter Circle. Therefore, after blocking such a person, you won’t be able to see their Tweets, and contents on your Timeline again.
It is when you unblock the person who added you to their circle, this will give them the chance to add again to their circle.
- Mute
Every member in a circle can use the Mute option if he/she doesn’t wish to see Tweets and respond in their circle again.
- Unfollow
Unfollowing someone who added you to their Twitter Circle will automatically remove you from their own Twitter Circle. Though, they can later add you to their circle again, even if you don’t follow them again.
NOTE: If you decided to deactivate your Twitter Circle, your circle will just be unavailable, which is even applicable to just a regular Tweet.
