Loss of Power
Below are some of the steps to know if your Ring Chime or Ring Chime Pro has loss of power.
- Check the Ring Chime unit if the logo there is displaying a soft blue. If it is, then the unit is receiving power.
- Then if the logo is doing otherwise, try to unplug and plug the unit back into the plug, then it will restart with immediate effect.
- You may try the unit in another power outlet. If the logo start glowing/displaying, that means the other outlet is at fault. Try to plug another appliance into the real outlet and check if you can get power from it. A fuse might have been blown and need to reset the outlet just at the breaker.
